The municipality of the Medina region has completed the first phase of the work of the “Shoran Paths” project. It is one of the qualitative projects in the region, and aims to raise the quality of life, as the first phase of it is located on an area exceeding 85,350 square meters, in the Shoran neighborhood of Medina.

In its first phase, the project includes: main walking paths with a length of 1,650 linear metres, others for bicycles with a length of 1,420 linear metres, green spaces with an area of 31,000 square metres, 7 investment areas with an area of 2,350 square metres, a sports field, and parking for vehicles.

Through the project, the Municipality of the Medina region seeks to raise the quality of services provided in municipal facilities and squares in the region, and to enhance revenues from municipal real estate in a way that contributes to providing better services, achieving development and financial sustainability for cities, raising the level of quality of life, and developing, developing and raising the rates of entertainment in the Shoran region. ; To represent the identity of the region and be an attractive center for housing, entertainment and investment.

The project also aims to enhance the participation of the investment sector in addressing the manifestations of visual distortion in neighborhoods, increasing open spaces in them, and accommodating new investment opportunities, in addition to increasing interconnection and social development among neighborhood residents from different segments of society, and humanizing the Medina through establishing, operating, and maintaining investment sites. And benefiting from the financial returns in exchange for operating and maintaining elements of the Shoran neighborhood as an economic and cultural model.
