The General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, represented by the General Administration of Digital Broadcasting in Languages, through the Language and Translation Agency, provides instant translation of the Friday prayer sermon into ten global languages from the pulpit of the Grand Mosque, coinciding with the increase in numbers during the blessed month of Ramadan.

The translated languages include English, French, Russian, Persian, Turkish, Malay, Urdu, Chinese, Bengali, and Hausa, to ensure that the message of the Hanafi religion, the message of moderation and balance, reaches all Muslims.

The transmission and reception devices operate 24 hours a day through the frequencies of each language via FM radio and the Manarat Al-Haramain platform for broadcasting lessons and sermons, with a technical team of Saudi trained personnel in operating and maintaining radio broadcasting equipment, to send and receive sermons and lessons at the King Fahd Minaret in the Grand Mosque.
